Thursday 30th April - Growing a carrot top
30/04/2020Can you grow some carrot tops? Don't forget to change the water every day and talk to an adult about the changes you can see. When it has got rotten you might like to put in into a pot and watch it growing. You might like to record its height over time using a non-standard measure such a lego bricks.

Thursday 26th March - Farmer Chris Hand Feeding A Rejected Lamb
Can you make a lamb using cotton wool. You could stick it onto a piece of paper and write labels for its body parts. eg tail, legs, ears, wooly body etc Can you add a caption to your finished picture eg The lamb is drinking milk from the bottle.
Thursday 26th March - Lambs and sheep running and feeding in the fields
Look out for sheep as you walk out or travel in your car over the next few weeks.
Friday 27th March - Story time with Mrs Wighton!
Today’s story is called ‘The Train Ride’. Can you write a few sentences about what you can see out of the window of a train?
