Today’s story is called ‘We’re Going on a Bear Hunt’ by Michael Rosen and Helen Oxenbury. When you have listened to the story, can you draw a picture of a teddy bear and maybe design a new outfit for your teddy? Don’t forget to put your teddies up at your window so that we can all go on our own ‘Bear Hunt’ over the holidays!
Mrs Fox enjoyed spotting lots of frogspawn in the pond. Can you make a life cycle to show how this will turn into a frog? Try to add on labels for each stage.
Can you make a lamb using cotton wool. You could stick it onto a piece of paper and write labels for its body parts. eg tail, legs, ears, wooly body etc Can you add a caption to your finished picture eg The lamb is drinking milk from the bottle.
Look out for sheep as you walk out or travel in your car over the next few weeks.
