The last two poems of the week are called ‘The harbour wall’ by Wes Magee and ‘Whale Dance’ by Robin Mellor. Your final challenge of the week is to complete your acrostic poem. Look out for sheep as you walk out or travel in your car over the next few weeks.

Thursday 26th March - Farmer Chris Hand Feeding A Rejected Lamb

Can you make a lamb using cotton wool. You could stick it onto a piece of paper and write labels for its body parts. eg tail, legs, ears, wooly body etc Can you add a caption to your finished picture eg The lamb is drinking milk from the bottle.

Wednesday 25th March - life cycle of a frog

Mrs Fox enjoyed spotting lots of frogspawn in the pond. Can you make a life cycle to show how this will turn into a frog? Try to add on labels for each stage.
